As part of the continuous optimization of our digital risk solutions, Baobab is introducing an important change: The previous customer portal will now be replaced by the ClientLink . This change drastically simplifies collaboration between you and your clients, eliminates administrative overhead, and accelerates the entire support process.

The technical changes have already been implemented, and existing clients and their brokers have already been informed about the transition.

What this means for you as a broker

ClientLink replaces the classic customer portal and makes managing client documents even simpler. The following adjustments will make your daily work easier:

  • Shareable Direct Link instead of Login: Access to quotes, policies, and specific insurance documents will now be via an individual, shareable ClientLink, which you can share directly with your clients.
  • No More Invitations Needed: From now on, no more invitations will be sent for the old customer portal by the system.
  • Your Action Item: Please no longer invite clients to the old portal. Instead, exclusively use ClientLink to grant your clients secure and direct access to their documents.

  • Secure Access Without Account Frustration: ClientLink replaces separate accounts and forgotten passwords. Clients simply access all relevant content via the secure link. Unauthorized access is reliably prevented by an integrated 2-factor authentication .
  • Everything in One Place: Whether offers, contracts, or the latest cybersecurity report (Deep Scan Report) – all documents are centrally accessible. This gives customers deep insight into their own IT security without any additional effort.
  • No expiration date: The link remains permanently valid and can be used multiple times. It seamlessly accompanies the customer from the initial offer creation to ongoing support.
