As Managing Director of Baobab Insurance, Vincenz Klemm is responsible for the company's development. Before founding Baobab Insurance, he co-founded InsurTech Gabi in San Francisco and built it into one of the leading online insurance brokers in the USA.
Anton Foth
Managing Director (CTO) & Founder
Anton Foth, CEO (CTO) and founder of Baobab Insurance, previously worked as CTO at the InsurTech company Coya AG. With over 14 years of professional experience in management roles, he now leads the technical product development team at Baobab Insurance.
John Braun
Head of Broker Sales
John Braun heads the sales team at Baobab Insurance. His career spans more than 15 years and includes positions on both the insurer and broker side. With leadership positions at WTW and CyberDirekt, he has focused on cyber insurance for businesses for nearly 10 years.
Manuela Solescu
Head of Digital Product
Manuela Solescu is the Head of the Digital Product Team at Baobab Insurance, responsible for the development of user-focused platforms. Before joining Baobab Insurance, she held leadership positions at both Revolut and Wefox.
Andrew Saula

Andrew Saula, Head of Cyber Security at Baobab Insurance, has more than 13 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. His professional career includes several years as a management consultant at E&Y, followed by the position of Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at TUI.

As Head of Cyber Underwriting, Benedikt Klingenheben is responsible for the company's strategic insurance initiatives. In his 10-year cyber-focused career, he most recently served as head of the mid-market cyber practice at insurer Chubb.
