Which risk issues remain?

Depending on your customer's turnover, the new risk questionnaire is structured as follows:

For customers with a turnover of <30 million €:

  • Which access restrictions (e.g. passwords, multi-factor authentication (MFA)) are implemented by the applicant company?
  • Is business data that is necessary to continue business operations backed up at least weekly and is also stored on separate systems or data carriers (such as NAS, external hard drive, separate servers)?

For customers with a turnover of €30 million - €100 million, the additional risk issue:

  • Is a heuristic anti-virus or “Endpoint Detection & Response” (EDR) solution activated/installed on clients, laptops and servers (with the exception of the iOS (Apple) operating system)?
